BATCH 2 / Golden
Light body with subtle aroma of pears and apples. Racked into white wine barrels for oak and roundness.
BATCH 3 / Weisse
Light, effervescent, and champagne-like, with refreshing lactic tartness, but not overly sour.
BATCH 4 / Pale
Amber with a fruity nose, bready maltiness, light bitterness and smoky finish.
BATCH 5 / Saison
Dry with a light body, moderate bitterness, and a little funk. Fruit and spice aromas in balance but dominant in the nose.
BATCH 6 / Blonde
Crisp and immensely drinkable with citrusy dry hop flavor, and a rocky white head.
BATCH 8 / Dubbel
Complex flavors and aromas of dark fruit and caramelized sugars with slight residual sweetness and smooth body.
BATCH 11 / Rye
Clean flavor pronounced by rye spiciness, complemented by piney dry hop aroma, and followed by moderate earthy bitterness.
BATCH 12 / Coffee Milk Stout
Collaboration with Bicycle Coffee. Smooth and rich with chocolate aromas and roasted coffee flavors. Made with lactose, fermented with american yeast and blended with cold pressed espresso in secondary.
BATCH 13 / Framboos
Fermented with whole raspberries from Yerena Farms. Pink, effervescent, and lightly tart with a delicate berry aroma.
BATCH 14 / Barleywine
Robust winter ale with a pleasant dry hop aroma and bittersweet finish.
BATCH 16 / Brown
Belgian-inspired brown ale fermented with brettanomyces and aged in a cabernet barrel.
BATCH 17 / Cascadian Dark
Dark, rich and hoppy with smooth but resiny bitterness and a touch of chocolate.
