As if Fermento Mora wasn’t already ridiculously refreshing and delicious, we’ve been trying out some beer-tail recipes featuring this flavorful new brew. Pick up a bottle of Fermento Mora plus a mint plant at our 7/14 Saturday Social with @cuesa and give this summery recipe a shot:
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Fresh mint leaves
8 ounces Fermento Mora
Make the shrub in advance: Muddle 1 cup of fresh blackberries with 1 cup of sugar and 4 mint leaves, stir in 1 cup of vinegar, cover and let steep in the fridge for 5 days. Strain out solids and store in fridge for up 4 weeks.
Pour 1 oz of the shrub over ice, top off with Fermento Mora, garnish with fresh mint.

Mark your calendars: on Saturday, July 14th we’re partnering with @cuesa for a day of family-friendly festivities. Kids and grown-ups are welcome to decorate pots and plant mint to take home, and we’ll have beer cocktail recipes featuring our newest brew: Fermento Mora. This barrel-aged golden is loaded with blackberries from Medina Berry Farms and accented with mint and lavender. Half the proceeds of each bottle sold will be donated to CUESA’s Foodwise Kids program.

On Saturday, July 14th we’re releasing a super limited number of bottles of our collab brew with @cuesa : Fermento Mora.⠀
We added blackberries from Medina Berry Farm, lavender, and mint to a barrel-aged golden ale to create a super summery brew. The fruit and herb combo is delicate, and reminiscent of refreshing summer cocktails. ⠀
Only 100 of these wax-dipped bottles are available, and half the proceeds of every bottle sold will go to CUESA’s ongoing efforts to support sustainable agriculture and education. ⠀

Time to don your best Hawaiian shirt and celebrate our newest tropical brew: Pineapple Excess. On Thursday, July 5th we’ll debut this new beer in full tiki fashion: from 5-8pm, DJ Danny Santos will be spinning vintage surf tunes while we serve up happy hour tacos, and of course, beer.
Pineapple Excess is a barrel-aged tripel with—wait for it—pineapple. It tastes like a tiki drink all on its own, with heavy candied pineapple and nutmeg backed by a little boozy warmth.

Sweet Henrietta’s back on tap! This brew looks like coffee, smells like coffee, and tastes like coffee, but trust us, there’s definitely beer in there. We combined espresso from @zocalocoffee with lactose and toasty malts for a super smooth, iced coffee-esque session stout.☕️🍺🐮
