On Saturday January 31st we are excited to release Batch 17 / Cascadian Dark. A dark, rich, and hoppy ale with smooth-but-resiny bitterness and a touch of chocolate. Finishing at 3.5 plato & 6.5% ABV, cascade and chinook hops provide a moderate bitterness at 50 IBU that complements the pale malt backbone and roasted malt accents.
Joining the Batch 17 / Cascadian Dark release, we are happy to offer both lunch and dinner options this weekend, for the first time ever!
Between 12-5 Tonli Dumpling House will be providing awesome dumplings & ramen.
