On Saturday, January 12th, from 12-6pm, we are partnering with Operation Dignity to raise funds for their mobile outreach program.
Since 1993, Operation Dignity has been on the front lines of fighting homelessness in Alameda County, providing shelter, housing, street outreach, and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness, with a special focus on veterans. Last year, Operation Dignity served more than 800 people, including some of the most vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness in Alameda County.
Donations from this event will go toward Operation Dignity’s mobile street outreach program. Since 2001, Operation Dignity’s mobile street outreach team has served people who are homeless in Oakland (and, starting in 2016, Alameda as well).
Other event features include: a raffle with prizes including CQ beer and swag, some of our finest winter brews and a “What home is to me” photo booth.
Please join us in supporting this great cause and our continuing efforts to support the organizations that help to make our community a better place!
